Quality Requirements

Our work clothes must maintain a high quality for as long as possible. Testing is therefore a natural part of our product development process to ensure that all materials and finished garments meet our high quality standards. As a basis, we have drawn up a Quality manual that defines our product/production requirements.

The garments are tested during the development of our own test pilots who are out in the real world and by our suppliers, in our own lab in Ulricehamn and with third parties. Everything to ensure that the garments meet our requirements. Checks are then made continuously throughout the entire production flow to detect and rectify any deviations. We also do a final quality inspection in production, where a third party visits the factory. A large number of garments are checked during these inspections. When the garments arrive at our warehouse, we also do our own arrival check to ensure the quality.

If a garment has not lived up to expectations, we will investigate the reason for the complaint and try to understand what happened and how we can avoid it happening again. Our customers' feedback and opinions are important to us.

L.Brador always strives for as long of a life cycle as possible.

In our lab in Ulricehamn, we have, among other things, the Martindale machine. There we test one of the most important parameters when choosing materials, wear resistance. Tests are done according to standard where the material is worn against wool, but we have also chosen to wear against sandpaper to simulate what our garments are exposed to in reality and thus get an even better reference value. Every production of material is tested to ensure that we maintain consistent quality over time.

Take care of your clothes
