L.Brador collaborates with producers in Asia and attaches great importance to both social and work environment issues in the production countries. It is about our responsibility and the safety of others throughout the life cycle. Everyone must be safe and secure in their workplace!

We always strive for long-term collaborations with a few suppliers and through this we can be involved in influencing and improving both working conditions and the working environment. To help us, we have a production office in Shanghai that helps with daily communication and regularly visits our producers.


Our suppliers must sign our Code of Conduct and our Product Compliance Agreement, which sets requirements based on, among other things, human rights, prohibition of child and forced labor, fair working conditions and chemical requirements. We would like our suppliers to also be members of BSCI.

Through self-assessment documents, internal checks and visits, as well as annual independent external checks, we ensure that the requirements set out in the code of conduct and the Product Compliance Agreement are complied with. An annual supplier evaluation is also carried out based on the above requirements.



In case of new collaboration with a new supplier, our supplier process is always applied, where all steps must be assessed, signed and approved before production is started.
