For returns or complaints, use the forms below and follow our instructions in the document.
f you want to return an order, use the given return form. Fill out the return form and email Customer Service at email@example.com.

If you want to return a faulty product, the specified complaint form must be used. Fill out the Complaint form and email your complaint notification to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. L.Brador.com will then contact you with further information.
In order for your complaint to be approved, the fault description must be stated on the Complaint form and a photo of the defective part/product must be attached to the complaint form. Complaints about goods must be made within a reasonable time from when you as a customer discovered, or should have discovered, the fault. As a starting point, LBrador.com gives you as a customer the right to advertise a product for 3 years.
