By shopping at the LBrador.com e-commerce, you agree to follow the terms of purchase on this page. LBrador.com reserves the right to update these terms of purchase and it is the customer's responsibility to keep up to date with the applicable purchase conditions prior to their purchase.

1. General INFORMATION

L.Brador Workwear with webshop www.lbrador.com is operated by Bergman & Beving Safety AB, with organization number 556096-8744, with address Vistaforsvägen 3B, 52337 Ulricehamn, and is referred to below as "LBrador.com".

2. Order

To shop at LBrador.com, an organization number (company) and a customer-unique agreement with LBrador are needed. If you do not have an agreement, we will contact you when you register as a new customer and place your first order.


After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation through e-mail. In some cases, it may take some time before final confirmation of the selected payment method has been received. The order confirmation is generated automatically without manual review, but we reserve the right for any errors in the order confirmation, so read it carefully.


If you have not received an order confirmation within 1 working day, please contact Customer Service.

Prices

Prices are shown excluding VAT. If you are tied to an agreement, your agreed prices are displayed when you log in.

CANCELLATION

As long as your order has not been processed, it is possible to stop it by contacting Customer Service. Enter the order number and full name, and we will get back to you with further information.

Typing error

We reserve the right for possible typographical errors on LBrador.com in the form of incorrect price and factual information, and reserve the right to correct this afterwards.

BUlk orders

We reserve the right to stop/adjust bulk orders depending on the customer's ability to pay or previous payment history if there is concern about the ability to complete a payment from the customer. Such an adjustment is never made without L.Brador contacting the customer for discussion first.

3. CONTRACT CUSTOMER

As a contract customer, specific conditions established between your company and LBrador are made. Conditions such as unique price list, shipping cost, etc., are controlled via agreement and cannot be affected without contacting your contact person at L.Brador or by contacting Customer Service.

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS

GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

nvoices are to be paid within 30 days net. Late payment interest is charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (Swedish reference rate plus 8%). Specific payment terms and conditions as per the agreement.


5. SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Free shipping on orders over EURO 300 excl. VAT. If the order is less than the free shipping amount, shipping is charged at EURO 15 excl. VAT for shipping within Sweden and EURO 25 excl. VAT for shipping within the EU. Shipping costs for other countries are dependent on the country and volume/weight. Specific shipping terms and conditions as per the agreement.


6. DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY TIME

We will pack and ship your order within two (2) working days. The delivery date is then dependent on the type of order (individual parcel, pallet, etc.) and the destination country, both of which affect the delivery time. Please refer to your agreement for specific terms and conditions.


At L.Brador.com, you can order goods that are on back order. This means that in some cases the delivery time for these items may deviate from the estimated delivery time.


If an item is on back order, it is normally shipped as soon as it is back in stock. The rest of the order is shipped immediately, even if the order includes items that are currently on back order. No additional shipping is charged for back-order items that are shipped once they are back in stock. 

DELAYED DELIVERY

If delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email if we are the cause of the delay. On occasion, it may be impossible for us to make delivery, such as if our supplier cannot fulfil its commitments to us. In the event of a delay, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase or wait until the item is back in stock.

DAMAGED GOODS

If a shipment has been damaged during transit, we recommend that you immediately report the matter to Customer Service.


7. RETURns

If you would like to return an order, the returns form must be used. The returns form can be downloaded from LBrador.com under the heading Returns. Fill in the returns form and email it to Customer Service: customerservice@lbrador.com. L.Brador.com will then contact you with additional information. 


8. COMPLAINTS

If you want to return a defective item, the complaints form must be used. The complaints form can be downloaded from LBrador.com under the heading Complaints. Fill in the complaints form and email your complaint to customerservice@lbrador.com. L.Brador.com will then contact you with additional information.


In order for your complaint to be approved, the problem must be clearly described on the complaints form and a photo of the defective part/item must be included with the form.

Customer complaints must be filed within a reasonable time of you discovering, or of when you ought to have discovered, the defect. Initially, LBrador.com extends customers the right to complain about an item for three (3) years.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decision, non-delivery by subcontractors or the like outside our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, that impacts agreements entered into by L.Brador and that consequently prevents L.Brador.com from performing said agreements shall provide a basis for discharging L.Brador from its obligation to fulfil those agreements.

11. availability

L.Brador.com’s ambition is to make this website and online store available in additional languages, as well as in more markets. Notwithstanding the above, LBrador.com is provided as is and with its existing functionality. We do not guarantee that the website will work flawlessly in different browsers or in all markets. The website is primarily designed to function in the Nordic market. However, we are happy to receive requests for future functions, or reports about anything that functions incorrectly, so that we can remedy any problems and adapt the website moving forwards.


12. DISPUTES

These general terms and conditions are subject to Swedish law without regard for any external legal provisions or the laws applicable in any other market. All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with your use of or purchases from LBrador.com and/or these terms and conditions of purchase or infringements, damages or invalidity, etc. shall be settled by Gothenburg District Court. This applies to all claims involving LBrador, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officials, directors and external suppliers.
